Ready to get away from it all? Say aloha to this beautiful beach side retreat in easygoing Kihei, ready for you and your guests to enjoy the fun, sun and experience why ‘Maui no ka ?oi’! Just across the street from the beach, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps up to 6 guests.
Newly updated, this beachy boho third level modern unit in the well maintained complex of Pacific Shores has so much to offer visitors.
With ample space to unwind, the open concept living and dining area provides stylishly comfortable seating for the group and a Smart TV for entertainment. The living area opens to a private lanai with ocean view and space to enjoy the island breeze. On warmer days, the air conditioning will keep you cool while relaxing indoors.
Everything you need to create a gourmet meal is in the fully stocked, beautifully remodeled kitchen with white cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen island extends to a large built in seating area for five. If “eating in” isn’t part of your vacation plans, there are several dining options within walking distance or a short drive away.
The primary bedroom sleeps two with a plush queen-sized bed, resort quality linens, and a private ensuite bathroom with tub and shower combination. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning system and a ceiling fan to ensure ideal climate control.
The secondary bedroom sleeps two with two twin-sized beds, resort quality linens, abundant closet space, and access to the hallway bathroom with shower. The retreat also sleeps an additional two guests on the queen-sized pull-out sofa bed in the living room. For your convenience, the home also has an in-unit washer and dryer. If you plan to rent a car to explore the island, the unit also includes private parking for one vehicle.
If you’ve exhausted your day at the beach, feel free to unwind in the pool and spa, located on the first floor. BBQ’s and picnic tables are at your disposal to make for a perfect pool day BBQ.
This retreat is nestled in a perfect location if you would like to be close to beaches, restaurants, happy hours, parks, shopping, and more. Literally across the street from the beach, less than a 10-minute walk to a delicious breakfast at Kihei Café, or a 10-minute drive to the famous Shops at Wailea, the Beachy Boho Retreat is central to everything. We had a very pleasant stay at the Beachy Boho. The house was clean, well-stocked, and had a modern feel. It was great that they provided beach essentials like two chairs, two umbrellas, and towels. However, the major downside was that the pool and hot tub were closed, and this was not mentioned beforehand. Since the pool and hot tub were a key reason we chose this place, it was quite disappointing. Additionally, while the house is in a great location with easy beach access, it’s really only comfortable for four people due to limited seating.

This property was a perfect home base for us on our first visit to Maui. It’s very clean and close to everything. We enjoyed walking to the bakery in the morning, walking to restaurants, and of course the beach. Management was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We especially appreciated the extra touches such as a welcome box of chocolates Thank you for hosting us!

We had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect for the four of us including two teenagers. It was very close to the beach so we went on morning walks. Many restaurants in the area as well. Very clean!

The attention to detail stands out for this beach cottage condo. Although there was a minor glitch with the Wi-Fi, I was proactively told about it and they had already scheduled a technician to fix it at the earliest possible time. I like how there was two key options as well( physical and digital) given how there can sometimes be issues with the latter. After I checked it, I noticed a huge construction site next door which fortunately did not make any discernable noise during my stay; I was pleasantly surprised but they were moving at island speed as the locals say. I would add that the owner has good taste for the decor felt modern yet homey. I wanted a quiet furnished immaculate home away from home, so mission accomplished. If you are searching for a party condo, this is not it.
