Wonderful location and so nice to enjoy the ocean and view. The pictures are exactly what we saw and expected. The only issue is the trains passing by. During the day not an issue since you can barely hear them. At night if you sleep upstairs, the trains woke us up.

Beautifully decorated, well furnished, and an absolute perfect location. My wife, three daughters, and I all stayed here for 5 nights while in town for a wedding, and it was better than we could have hoped for! Everyone else stayed at a hotel, so this was our escape amidst all the wedding chaos. It provided us a place to prepare our own meals, everyone have their own bed, and just room to breathe. Of course, the crashing waves by the deck were a nice relaxer as well! Very quick communication with the management, detailed instructions on how to get it/out (it's a gated community, but had ZERO issues with that), and overall a wonderful vacation home. Would highly+++++++++ recommend!

What a wonderful place to stay on the sand in Capistrano Beach! House was very clean, beds were comfortable and the view is like no other. It was simply amazing and exactly what I needed to wind down from the stress of life. Simply awesome!
