Located in the exclusive gated community of Beach Road, everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation is ready and awaits you in this 4 bedroom, 4 bath beach front home with space to sleep 8 guests.
Lush tropical landscaping and stunning oceanfront views greet visitors upon entering the property, which instantly sets the tone for unmatched ambiance. Both levels of the residence are enriched with front-row views of surf, sand, and colorful California sunsets.
A refined and understated interior grace the home, including Carrara marble countertops with waterfall edge and textured subway tile backsplash in the kitchen, farmhouse sink, and high-end Miele and Bosch appliances. Banquette seating at the dining table provides ample space to gather indoors for meals with additional couch seating adjacent to the dining area next to the cozy gas fireplace.
The kitchen and dining area create a seamless indoor/outdoor living space that opens to an outdoor living room with separate dining area on your very own private beach. Upstairs, a large living room with dual seating areas and panoramic windows opens to an outdoor balcony with prime whitewater views and refreshing breezes. The icing on the cake is the enormous rooftop deck with a Mediterranean garden, perfect for a tranquil relaxation spot or for casual entertainment.
Two of the four bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, with two bedrooms on each level of the home. The unique charm of this home has been preserved in some of the bathrooms, with pristinely maintained 1950s-era vintage tile. Teak, shiplap, and plank flooring compliments the home’s refined style and seaside setting.
The primary suite, located on the second level, with plush king bed is the perfect private retreat, complete with reading nook fully stocked with a library of titles to enjoy. The large en-suite bathroom with double vanity includes a frameless glass enclosed tub-shower. The secondary bedrooms include the following sleeping arrangements: queen bed with en-suite bathroom on the ground level, two twin beds with access to hallway bathroom on the ground level, and queen bed with access to hallway bathroom on the second level. Each bedroom and bathroom are fully stocked with hotel quality bed linens, pillows, and towels for ultimate comfort.

This was a perfect house/location to celebrate a 60th birthday with my high school girlfriends. There are 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms so no shortage on space. We were able to cook, walk on the beach and drive a short way to restaurants and shopping. A lovely home that I will rent again!

This property was so wonderful. It was clean and everything was comfortable and accommodating for our large family and grandchildren. The beach was so fun to go down and explore and we had some beautiful sunsets. Everything was just perfect. Would definitely recommend this property!

My family had a great experience at this home. Great view of the ocean, we saw plenty of aquatic life in the ocean from the back patio. The home was nice and appeared to be slowly updated. Could use some fans as the air get pretty musty on warm days. Also it could use a fresh coat of paint. Other than that we would go right back.

Beautiful house and great communication from the owners. House is well appointed with many amenities and sundries that you'd expect from a nice hotel.
House is very peaceful and quiet.
Hosts were very communicative. I made a few mistakes, but was treated with respect and given the opportunity to correct.

We loved our stay at this Sunny Surf Paradise. The location was great in that it was in a private location but 10 minutes or so to tons of restaurants and activities. We also like the lay-out of the home

Great place to stay. We spent eight nights here and it was outstanding. The house easily accommodated our family of seven adults. Location is beach front, affording great views, and fresh ocean breezes. If you want to relax and enjoy some peace and tranquility, this is the place to go. The four parking spaces is definitely a plus too. Tammy and Jordan from Sand and Surf were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We hope to return to the property in the future. Thanks for a pleasurable stay.

The property was what we expected and more based on the description. We had all that we needed to cook for our group, enjoy the beach off the patio, with steps to the surf. The place is located in a very friendly and safe community. The customer service was exceptional. We enjoyed trips into Dana Point and San Clemente -- both enjoyable towns to explore.
