Resort-style living, and breezy vibes make this coastal condo the ideal retreat for your next getaway to the California coast. Tucked away in the exclusive community of Ritz Point, this well-appointed condo sleeps six and features resort amenities and the security of a 24/7 guarded gate and patrol.
Make yourself at home in the family-friendly gathering areas with ample comfortable seating, and unique touches that you’re sure to remember. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen has everything you need to prepare all your meals and includes a one-of-a-kind surfboard café table – the perfect place to start your day before catching some waves!
The large wraparound patio with outdoor living area is optimal for winding down after a long day with a glass of wine or your favorite cocktail. On cooler evenings, the large living room with flat screen television and fireplace is the proper spot to snuggle up for movie night.
Be sure to rest up at night to be able to seize the day. The primary suite features a king-sized bed with hotel linens and plush pillows, as well as an en suite bathroom for privacy. The secondary bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, and access to the hallway bathroom. Each bedroom sleeps two, and two additional guests can be accommodated on the queen-sized pullout bed located in the living room.
After a good night’s sleep, the vacation continues the moment you step out the door where endless activities await. Get a workout in at the private gym on property, with several cardio and weight training options. The newly renovated community pool and three jetted spas and stunning views are a lovely place to relax year-round if you would prefer to stay close to home. A short walk to the beach through the Monarch Beach Golf Links boasts some of the best views of the coast both on and off the Golf Advisor 5-star rated public course. If you are interested in teeing up while on holiday, please contact the course directly to schedule a tee time.
The local beach is breathtaking and provides ample opportunities for watching whales and dolphins as they glimmer jumping through the waves. The Dana Point coastline is nearly seven miles long and comprised of six different beaches to explore, and beach gear is included with this property.
There truly is something for everyone while vacationing in Dana Point – surf, swim, kayak, paddleboard, boogie board, body surf, or just stroll along the water’s edge. If water activities aren’t for you, there is plenty for land lovers to enjoy! The Ocean Institute, Catalina Island excursions, Dana Point Harbor, fishing, biking, hiking, fine dining, art galleries, and shopping are all just minutes away.
If you are looking for a fun family day trip, Southern California has so much to offer! Great entertainment destinations are just a car ride away, including Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Lego Land, Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, Universal Studios, and even skiing and snowboarding during the winter months at Big Bear Mountain Resort.

Property was clean and pretty well appointed, but is very in need of updating with respect to electrical and bathrooms. Many outlets are unusable and the ones that work are overburdened with power strips and such. Cant be up to code. Would have been helpful for info to be left about how to access amenities- we found the keycard and asked a resident how to use. 2ndary bedroom is really tight to get to closet, we kept hitting our thigh on the footboard when going to closet. Ouch. Constant trickle of ants in the master bath. Small flies in bathrooms and kitchen. Bathrooms desperately need to be updating. Master shower - masking tape around of the ends of the shower rod. Towel bar moved and patched old holes but did not
Paint. Plumbing fixtures old and need to be replaced.
The property was adequate, but would choose different next time.

We brought our two little ones (age 2 & 3) and we had a great time. The place was the perfect proximity to the beach and food. We felt very safe and secure in the neighborhood. We used the pool and rented a car, which had a dedicated spot. Highly recommend for convinence!

Well equipped condo. Walk to the beach through the neighborhood and Golf course was just the right distance. Close to a small shopping area with an Orange Theory, and an Italian restaurant which was open for dinner on Eater Sunday. Rained for two days, so it was nice to have space in the condo to read and play games.

This condo is in a wonderful location and we’re repeat renters. The management company is great and so responsive if you have questions. Our granddaughters call the condo “our vacation home”. Everything was clean and we loved the toiletries provided. We will be back!

Great customer service from the property manager. I had to move our trip back a week and they worked with me to make that happen. Unit was very clean. About 20 minute walk to Dana Point Beaches, but a nice walk through a park and golf course.

We were pleasantly surprised and impressed with the condo. It is very more spacious than expected, nicely decorated and had all sorts of snacks, wine and toiletries which was appreciated! It has all the amenities as advertised and the beds - even the sofa sleeper - were comfortable. The location is very quiet and an easy walk to the hottub and a few minute drive to nice restaurants and the beach.

When we arrived in Dana point we were thrilled to be in such a beautiful condo with so many welcoming gifts throughout. We had talked to mgmt regarding who was in our party and they were very helpful in including them in gate entrance without any issues. The gate employees were also very nice and helpful as well.
We walked around the complex and spent everyday soaking in the hot tub and even a little time in the gym.
It was also very helpful that the condo has a washer and dryer in the unit. We were able to go to the beach a couple of times and the closet with boogie boards and chairs made those trips very nice!!
The beds were very comfortable, the coach as well and the TVs were easy to use and find what we wanted to see
Overall, there is not one negative thing I have to say about our fabulous vacation!! Thank you!!

This condo made us feel like we were at a resort! The location is prime as it is close to the water, near things to do, but also private and quiet. We really enjoyed the nice pool deck and hot tub almost every day of our stay. The condo was very clean and we really appreciated all of the little touches that were put into it. It felt very personal and homey. The master bed was extremely comfortable, we had a hard time getting up every morning. The property manager was very organized and responded quickly to all of my questions. Everything about this condo was perfect and we can't wait to come back again.
